Secondary

The Secondary College provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students engage in learning activities supported by a biblical worldview.

The College strives to provide opportunities for students to have an educational experience that supports their academic goals, their social-emotional needs, and their Christian development.

The teaching team encourages students to identify their skills and aptitudes, and supports the development of our students to become balanced, well-grounded and confident individuals. As the College has expanded we have been able to offer a number of pathways to our students, including school-based traineeships and apprenticeships, that prepare them for life after graduation.

At Townsville Christian College we believe that it is essential for Christian values and content to be embedded into the curriculum. We aim to instil a sense of Christlikeness, and the skills necessary to become strong leaders, innovators and visionaries, with the belief that this will allow our students to mature and prosper.

Our secondary students have the opportunity to explore a variety of curricular and extra-curricular activities that broaden the learning experience.
