How to apply

Parents/guardians wishing to enrol their children at the College are asked to complete the following steps so we can assist you with the application process.

1. Complete an Initial Inquiry Form and return to the office or fill in our online form. The Initial Inquiry Form can be downloaded here or a copy collected from our office.

2. On receipt of your Initial Inquiry Form, College staff will contact you to acknowledge your enquiry and to advise you of any waiting lists. Alternately an appointment will be made at a mutually agreeable time for a Pre-Enrolment Interview with the CEO/Acting Principal.

3. Both parents/caregivers to attend the Pre-Enrolment Interview (if possible) together with the child/ren you are seeking placement for. An Enrolment Pack will be given to parents at this interview. The Pack contains a copy of the Parent Handbook, Fee Schedule and Enrolment Forms.

4. Following this appointment, if the enrolment is to proceed, you will be required to attend a New Enrolment Administration Meeting with the Administrator. At this meeting you will be required to supply all documents necessary to complete the enrolment process for each child.

Please ensure all support documentation requested is included and the non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $100 per student/family accompanies the Application. Every new student/family enrolment will be charged the Enrolment Fee upon application.

4. On some occasions it may be deemed suitable for the parties to enter into a one month probation/orientation period. This will be fully discussed at the Enrolment Interview if necessary.
